The objectives of the project was , on one site , to verify what role played in the sector of the tertiary industry the attention to the female participation and on the other site to found operative and concrete solution in order to facilitate the use of work solution suited to the women needs, awakening those who are please call to do choices concerning the management of the human resources inside the companies.
After a deep analyse and research trough questionnaires and interview carried in target company and a shared reflection with the category association and the organisms, a CD Rom has been realized. It ,wants to be an operating guide, to help all persons that should take a decision about human resources management in company.
