( The application of equal opportunity and the tools necessary for their diffusion )

The objective of the project is to study and evaluate the impact of possible flexibility formulas, as solution to the problems existing and elaborate possible solutions and tools which can guarantee the exercise of the equality in the work environments and to awaken the categories of the trade union on the application of equal opportunity in the organization of the work and the integration of the formulas of flexible management of the time for the development of business agreements meeting the emerged requirements more.
