By the early 1990s Sinergie S.r.l. is engaged in developing projects in the equal opportunities between men and women area and introducing a gender approch in various fields: for this reason a specialized working group, inside the company, grow up and is working in a large range of sectors.
The promotion of a maintreming gender approch is a cross cutting task for all intervention’s sectors and technical fields, at the same time it’s part of them.
Thus during these years many actions and studies were planned and developed in collaborations with many kind of organisations.
Starting from this point of view, we have been involved successfully in securing grants from the European Union funds and such funds that are available elsewhere.
More recently some of our senior participate in the evaluation activity on gender impact of the European Commission.
